If you're looking for a new children's mystery book that isn't part of a giant series, try this one! The book is short and manageable for any young reader, and (refreshingly) doesn't include any of that unnecessary gore, but contains all of the excitement and suspense a good mystery for youngsters should have. The characters are charming, and serve as good role models for young children. Additionally, this book has the added value of educational and occasional German words and expressions interwoven--a culutral adventure as well!
